We try to provide help as quickly as possible and do not have a waiting list. We work with you to expedite referrals, authorizations, and payment understanding so that you can get in for an appointment as soon as possible. And to help us understand more about what is troubling you, we ask that you please complete the intake and registration documents prior to your first appointment. If you decide to use insurance, please call your insurance provider to seek authorization and to understand your benefits. Generally we use insurance but some clients are unable or prefer not to.
For your first appointment, please bring:
Your insurance card

- List of medications
Completed forms (Come about a half hour early if you cannot complete the forms ahead of time.)
